It's Check-In o'clock. 3PM, you just arrived and don't wanna wait in line? We get it. Neither do we. That's why your stay with us starts with the digital (self)check-in at our famous ice cream cart. In less than 2 minutes, you receive the keycard for your very, very extraordinary apartment.
Self-Service Kiosk
For a perfect evening with after-work drinks, you can find a very, very big fridge in our loft - filled with lemonade, beer, gummy bears, chips and much more. All while our kiosk prices are fair — no minibar rip-offs on our watch! The payment is contactless and very, very easy.

From Frankfurt with Love. We can show you the best apple wine bars in Sachsenhausen. Tell you the spots to make the best photos of the skyline and what else there is to see in old town. We are sure you will fall in love with Frankfurt as much as we did.
The day before your arrival, you will receive a message by email and WhatsApp with all the information you need to check in. The PIN code will give you access to the STAYERY. Use your booking number to check in at our check-in (disguised as an ice cream cart). Simply follow the instructions on the tablet and you will receive your keycard. Our hosts are on site during the day and will be happy to help you. Otherwise you can reach us 24/7 by phone. You can check in at any time from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
How does the check-out and invoicing work?

On the day of your departure, we ask you to check out by 11:00 am. You don't have to do anything special – just throw your keycard into the letterbox in the lobby. As you pay on arrival, you can simply walk out the door. We will send you your invoice automatically after your departure. You can enter your billing address details during check-in.

We have our own underground car park where you can park your car. Of course, we also have four charging stations for electric cars. Please note the clearance height of 1.90 metres. You can easily enter the underground car park with your key card. When booking via our website, you can reserve the parking slot directly.
