New opening
in Berlin Moabit

Berlin, the second! 2026 we will open our second Berlin location in the district Moabit. You can expect 121 very, very extraordinary apartments in the modern design of the lifestyle architect Studio Aisslinger. Since 2018, the lively Schultheiss-Quartier shopping center has been located on the former site of the Schultheiss brewery. Amidst the countless shopping opportunities, you will soon find our new STAYERY on an area of around 5,000 square meters. The central location of the new site offers the perfect urban environment for travelers of all kinds - from tourists to business travelers.

As usual, our guests can look forward to fully equipped apartments with a kitchenette, rain shower, and a super-size bed. Equipped with our STAYERY Späti, a wash house, a co-working area, and a lounge with gaming facilities, our STAYERY leaves nothing to be desired. The absolute highlight of the new location will be the roof terrace with a direct view of the Berlin TV tower.
